Director of Resource Development: 5-7 years of serious fundraising experience. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Resource Development must be passionate about the mission of NOVA and its key position in securing the personal safety of our children, adults and the elderly in the community and beyond. The Director of Resource Development will be responsible for managing NOVA’s development operations ensuring that individual, corporate and foundation donors are engaged to support the growth and sustainability of the organization. Under the direction of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the Development Committee of the Board of Directors, the Director of Resource Development is responsible to carry out the organization’s major initiatives with a primary focus on the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual, foundation, corporate prospects and donors. In this role the Director of RD will ensure NOVA’s current donors are properly engaged and that prospective donors are advanced through the prospect pipeline.

Currently the Development department is an office of 2 individuals.

Requirements. 5-7 years’ development experience. Knowledge and experience of planned giving a plus. Experience of individual and corporate donor cultivation and closing the ask is essential to be successful in this position.

Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE): Bucks County non-profit seeks Registered Nurses (RN) to act in the capacity of independent contractors to deliver specialized health care and forensic services at Bucks County emergency rooms to adults and adolescents who are victims of sexual assault. Responsibilities include providing on-call coverage for a minimum of 48 hours per month, attending periodic case review/staff meetings, and participation as needed in legal proceedings. Applicant must have at least two years of clinical experience, completed the 40 hour didactic SANE training course, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, have good oral and written communication skills, and possess good organizational skills.
