Privacy Policy
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. For all communication between NOVA and children under 13, we request parent or guardian participation. State law allows all children 14 and over to contact us without parental consent. However, if the child is under 13 and is at risk from a parent or caregiver, she/he may contact us, so that we can determine the most appropriate way to respond to the child’s needs.

NOVA does not share or sell the lists of clients, donors or those who participate in prevention and training services.

With respect to ad servers, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server company.
