This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website novabucks.org (our “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Except as stated below, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13 and are not reporting possible parent/caregiver abuse, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features/register on the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Pennsylvania state law allows children aged 14 and older to contact us without parental consent.
No personally identifiable information is collected from child visitors unless voluntarily submitted as a request for information or services. The information supplied is used to respond to the visitor’s inquiries or to provide services requested by the visitor. We are mandated reporters and as such, if identifiable information is given, NOVA will call Childline to report any indicators of abuse of a child.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, and title and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information”). We collect this information directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you fill in forms on our Website, use our NOVA Chat feature, subscribe to our newsletter, make a purchase or a donation through one of the third party sites we make arrangements to collect donations on our behalf, request a brochure, or request further information. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Website. We may also keep records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
We do not use tracking technologies to gather information about you or to track any personal data about you over time and across third party websites. Therefore, we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Third parties that have content embedded on our Website (such as a social media feature or link) may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited our Website from a certain IP address. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. Note that we do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

We retain most records for an indefinite period in order to comply with our legal obligations. If you do not wish to receive information from us in the future, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our email newsletters or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quickly comply with your request.
If you would like us to remove your information entirely from our systems, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we will quickly comply with your request, assuming we do not have any other obligation to keep it.
